Privacy Policy

• Birth details you enter: name, date, time and place of birth (and the partner’s details, for matchmaking).
• If you buy a report: your email address and mobile number, so we can deliver and recover your report.
• Questions you ask the AI astrologer, and its answers.
• Payment records from Razorpay (amount, status, order and payment IDs). We never receive your card, UPI or bank details.
• A cookie that remembers your language, and standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting provider for security.

We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell your data.

Only to provide what you asked for: calculating your chart, writing your reading, answering your questions, processing and verifying your payment, delivering and recovering your report, responding to you, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations such as tax records.

By entering your details and using the service you consent to this use. You can withdraw consent at any time by asking us to delete your data (see “Your rights”).

We use trusted service providers, each only for its task:

• Razorpay — payments (India).
• OpenAI — writes readings and AI answers from your chart details. It is not given your email or phone number.
• Supabase — our database, where purchases and saved charts are stored.
• Vercel — hosts the website and the calculation engine.
• OpenStreetMap (Nominatim) — finds the coordinates of your place of birth. Only the place name is sent.

Some of these providers store data on servers outside India. They process it only on our instructions and under their own security and confidentiality commitments.

A free chart you do not save is not stored in our database. A purchased report is kept so that you can open it again whenever you like, until you ask us to delete it. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (currently up to 8 years).

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw your consent. Write to us from the email address you used and we will respond within 30 days. We may keep records that the law requires us to keep.

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access to our database is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will inform you and the authorities as required by law if a breach affects you.

Purchases are for adults. A child’s birth chart should be created by a parent or guardian, who gives consent on the child’s behalf.
