Delivery Policy

All our products are digital. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

• Full Kundali report: opens on screen immediately after successful payment, at a private link that is yours permanently. It can take up to a minute for every section to finish writing.
• AI question credits: added to your account immediately after successful payment.
• PDF: use “Download PDF” on your report page at any time.

If your payment succeeded but the report did not open, first try “Already paid? Open your report” with the email and phone number you paid with. If that does not work, contact us and we will deliver it within 48 hours or refund you in full, as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
